About the PT

Laura Bogh DPT

Being a PT, I enjoy meeting people and hearing what’s important to them.  We work together as a team to make a plan of how to get from where they are to where they want to be.  Nothing lights me up like when people realize that their pain is gone and they are no longer limited in doing the things they love.  I also enjoy connecting and regrounding people with their bodies.  Helping them get out of their heads and to get re-in-touch with their bodies.

Free Flow Physical Therapy gives me the opportunity to be the most effective physical therapist I can be without the limitations of a traditional PT clinic.

Current workshop: Core Basics: What is “core” anyway?

Ever wonder what the big deal is about “core”, if you are doing core exercises right, or want some simple ways to keep it strong? What if you were able to do less than 5 minutes of exercise daily to tone these muscles?  Here’s your chance to find out!

This is a 60 minute workshop designed for 5-10 people, at the location and time of your choosing.  Come wearing comfortable clothing because the last part of it is your opportunity to try exercises and find ones that work best for you that you can easily fit into your busy day.

The next workshop is scheduled for Thursday September 29th, 2016 at 8am.
